Week # 2 - Continued Observation

For this week, continue to tell us more about your tree.

Are there any changes to the tree since your last observation?

The two changes that my tree made was that the flowers are starting to bloom, the next thing that changed was that some of the leaves that use to be brown are growing in to green leaves how I know that its true is because some of the leaves are green but the tips of some of the leaves are brown. The thing I did not notice was that there was some leaves that where brown. The diffrent parts of my tree are:the flowers, the green and brown leaves,the brown branch's, and the little insects that visit and live on my tree.

1. Yes, there are changes. My tree has buds.
2. I noticed my tree has disease. It has black on some of the branches,
3. Its trunk splits into two branches and those split into many branches.
4. I don't have any new thoughts just yet.

1. Yes it changed. It grew more branches and it is brown and my tree grew buds.
2. On the bottom of the tree there is bumps.
3. The trunk is skinny and is is not very strong. The branches are small and big. The branches are not short but not long.
4. No I do not
5. I would measure it with feet and it is growing very slow.

My tree has little holly berries and that's what changed and also I didn't notice that. I think we could measure it with a measuring stick and you can use it as your house or put your arms around it so you can see how wide it is.

My tree now looks a little damp and soggy. At the bottom there is a place with no cement and just soil so the tree can grow.My tree has the trunk and it has some branches that leads on to lots more branches it is a tall tree. It's been living for one hundred years or so.I do not have any new thoughts.

I saw that there are some instating changes.There are not that many bugs on it and some buds are bigging to blome!Guess what else, now Iget to see some roots too!

I saw some tiny green things growing at branch tips. We think they are new leaves. It is a small tree, we don't think it grows much bigger since last week.

1. The buds were the leaves grow are bigger.
2. The trunk is big and dark brown.
3. It has a lot of branches. It does not look like a tree you can climb.
4. The tree is taller than a four story house.

I have not seen any changes in my tree since last week . The tree does not grow a lot because it is full grown, now it grows wide. I expect fruit on it this spring and summer. The fruit is fuzzy and it looks like a small orange, but you can't eat them.
The parts of my tree are the spikes, branches, roots, the trunk, and the orange fruit. Before the fruit there are small sprouts of flowers.

Well my tree is grow leaf for spring. But I notice my tree has a light bulb on it. It was small hanging down on my tree. I think someone put it there but the apple was replace by the light bulb.

My tree has as a square block of dirt around it.
My tree has the height of a four story building.
Different parts of my tree are the roots, huge trunk, and branches. At present it has no leaves at all. Based on what I learned in class I noticed it was a maple tree.
My tree is huge. I can’t measure its height. I can compare its height to that of the nearby building to check if my tree is growing. Also, I can measure the width of my tree’s trunk to see if it is growing.

1. CHANGES TO THE TREE:
a) Yes, the tree is more damp and soggy than before. I think it is because of the rain and snow.
b) The bark is peeling off more.
c) The leaves looked a little yellowish at places.
2. I did not notice anything new since my last observation.
3. DIFFERENT PARTS OF MY TREE:
a) Roots....cannot see; planted to the ground.
b) The main trunk or the body of the tree
c) Branches
d) Leaves
e) I did not see any fruits or flowers in this tree.
4. THOUGHTS:
a) My "Evergreen Tree" is big.
b) It can provide shelter.
c) It can make more oxygen for us.
5. MEASUREMENT:
a) My tree is as tall as a three story building
b) I can measure the branches and even the trunk with my arm or with a measuring tape.

I meant to say I did not notice anything new in terms of the things around the tree.

There is no changes to my tree since the last observation.

I don't notice anything I did not before.

My tree has long branches.It has roots.It has soil around it.It is big.It has a fat stem,and it has a climber plant around it.

I will measure my tree by going further away .Then the tree looks smaller than it is and Ican measure how it grows with something smaller.

It had different leaf shapes then I remember. All of its leaves have not come in yet.

A problem that my tree has is it can't stay balanced so I tied it to a fence.
